Fish Pancit

I have been craving for noodles or Chinese food these past few days so I have thought of cooking a Pancit and instead of using chicken strips I used the left over fish in the fridge. I don’t know what would it taste but I experimented and instead of using ginisa mix I just add soy sauce to taste and little did I know that I dropped too much black pepper that made it too hot to eat.

Cooking this is just like cooking a normal pancit bihon where you have to saute the garlic and onion first, then add water and soy sauce, after which drop the pancit bihon, mixed it then add the vegetables when it is nearly cooked.
